Red Cap Films was started from a simple idea: make smart, high-quality videos that enable our clients to do more good. From nonprofit organizations to       educational, medical, outreach and                 everyone making a positive effect in their communities - our videos                 are essential tools in inspiring    audiences, increasing impact,                   and telling your story.

We are listeners, storytellers and                      artists. More importantly, we

measure our success in how well we                    help you accomplish your

success. We want to be more than                       a vendor - we want to be

partners and an integral part of your                  team. We work with you

to learn your identity, develop your             story, and work creatively

to produce exceptional videos.

Lastly, we commit ourselves to complete client satisfaction. Our team doesn't stop until the the job is complete and done right.

With over two decades experience as a film maker, Michael has worked on the small budget projects to the Academy Award nominated movies. He's worked on dramas, thrillers, comedies, commercials and fundraising videos, all helping him provide clients with the best narrative, no matter the project.  Having moved to Brooklyn from the United Kingdom, Michael is proud of his tea and his British accent (available for voiceovers!) When not behind the camera or locked in the editing suite, Michael performs improv comedy and loves his classic movies. Be prepared to tell him your favorite film!

dave meketansky producer & Shooter

After attending NYU's Film School, Dave created videos for everyone from large financial firms to fast food brands to national sports networks. It was after working as a Producer at MTV Reality that Dave decided to focus exclusively on creating video content for nonprofit and "for-good" organizations. Since then, he has gone on to create extremely successful and award-winning work. He took things a step further by attending Marketing classes at Wharton and consulting for nonprofit organizations on how to market more efficiently. In his free time, Dave is a volunteer EMT and serves on several boards to give back to NYC where he was born and still resides. And Dave has a serious love affair for ice cream and iced coffee.
